In One Peace Project

The news recently reports of numbers of service men and women returning from the current conflict with post traumatic stress and/or traumatic brain injuries.

The In One Peace Project (IOPP) was developed by Tempe, AZ  Myofascial Release Therapist, Kathy Monkman, as a way to give back to our service people.

MyoFascial Release Minnesota is joining others across the country to devote one day per month to assist our soldiers who've served for us, by offering myofascial release treatments free of charge one day per month.

John Barnes Myofascial Release approach, is an effective whole body treatment technique, which is utilized to free up restrictions in the connective tissues where memories are stored. The technique provides for gentle elimination of pain and dysfunction.
